Artwork & Proofing

 

What is your artwork proofing process?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order, which is why our design team personally reviews every piece of custom artwork. Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, we will send a digital proof to the email address you provided at checkout.

This proof is your opportunity to review the final design, including spelling, colors, and layout. Please check it carefully. Once you reply to the email with your approval, we will move your order into production. Please note that any delays in approving your proof will delay your order's production and shipping timeline. We will not begin printing until we have your approval.


What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept most common file formats, including .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG, .JPG, and .SVG. For the best results, we recommend providing vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) whenever possible.


What is the minimum recommended resolution for my artwork?

To ensure your stickers print clearly and without pixelation, we recommend uploading artwork that is at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Production time begins after you approve your artwork proof. Standard production takes approximately 1-2 business days. Shipping time is in addition to production time and depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. The standard free shipping usually takes 3-4 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we do not ship internationally. Please email support@stickergaff.com if you would like to inquire about international shipping.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

What is your return policy?

Because all of our products are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.


What if there is an issue with my order?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, an error that differs from your approved proof, or is damaged in transit, please contact us at support@stickergaff.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

 

Ordering & Payment

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can typically accommodate changes as long as your order has not yet been sent to print. Once you have approved your proof and the order is in production, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
